ลักษณะงาน

• Manage the day-to-day operations of 'Fest' restaurant • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and specials • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs • Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards • Implement and maintain sanitation and safety procedures • Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and promotions • Foster a positive work environment and promote team development

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment • Great command of English and Thai • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills • High level of organisation and attention to detail • Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality software • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Thai nationals only
