ลักษณะงาน

- Oversee the overall kitchen operation and ensure smooth daily operations. - Manage food preparation and production processes to meet the restaurant's requirements. - Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently according to established standards. - Manage kitchen workflow, staffing, and production schedules effectively. - Lead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team. - Train kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality and preparation standards. - Establish and monitor kitchen procedures and working standards. - Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and guidance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar senior kitchen position. - Strong experience in Korean restaurants / Korean cuisine is required. - Strong knowledge of Korean ingredients, cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and food presentation. - Excellent culinary and menu-development skills. - Strong leadership and team-management abilities. - Good understanding of kitchen cost control, food cost, and budgeting. - Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with kitchen staff, Purchasing, and management.
