Data entry in Sage - Part Time Job English business transactions, such as sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory adjustments. Main key entering invoices, recording cash receipts, managing work tickets, and adjusting inventory quantities. Specific modules like Job Costing and Production Management also have their own data entry procedures for tracking job-related expenses and production progress. - Inventory Management: Sage allows you to record various inventory transactions, including sales, issues, transfers, adjustments, and receipts. - Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoice Data Entry is a key part of AR, where you record customer invoices and prepare them for processing. - Accounts Payable (AP): You can enter bills and other payable transactions in AP. - General Ledger (GL): Journal entries are used to record all financial transactions in the GL. - Job Billing Data Entry: Used to record billing information for time and material jobs. - Work Ticket Transaction Entry: Tracks various transactions related to work tickets, such as completion, labor, and materials. - Posting Entry: Used to record costs, billing, or cash receipt information against a specific job.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Prior experience using Sage 300 - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry - Basic understanding of accounting principles and business transactions - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Good command of English
