ลักษณะงาน

- Be part of the Data management team collaborating with project members to understand the data requirements, data template population and data migration. - Be able to conduct data migration sessions including data migration template explanation, data migration testing, data migration plan, and preparing for the final data migration onto the productive system. - Make sure that the data received from clients is on time and ensure data quality during the projects. - Create and document detailed migration plan or data cut over plan for SAP projects. - Execute data migration and record migration results. - Provide advisory in data management, data cleansing, data version management for all SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, FI, CO and any other enhancements required in the projects. - Logging data defects accurately in defect tracking tools, providing clear and concise information about the issues encountered during testing. Collaborating with customers, developers and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve defects in a timely manner. - Generate data migration reports summarizing the data migration execution progress, results, and overall amount of data in SAP system for all modules. - Communicate the findings, issues, and recommendations to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and end-users to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the migration and cut-over process. Identify areas for process improvement within the data management lifecycle. - Provide feedback on data availability, data quality, or potential improvement in data management to improve the overall SAP data quality. - Create and maintain necessary documentation related to data migration activities such as data migration approach, migration plans, data cut-over plan, and user manuals in using data migration tools for future references. - Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data management team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related fields. - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in using any software. - Strong understanding of business processes and software functionalities. Knowledge in SAP modules are preferrable. - Ability to analyze and understand business data - Previous experience in software testing specifically in SAP projects, is a plus. - Experience with software implementation methodologies and data preparation. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, testing methodologies, and industry trends through self-learning or attending relevant training programs.
