ลักษณะงาน

- Complete assigned work on time and ensure projects adhere to deadlines. - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre-sales support. - Demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our data integration solutions to potential clients. - Design and implement data integration solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients. - Work closely with clients to gather data requirements and ensure successful project delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, both remotely and on-site. - Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our data integration tools. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including operational tasks. - Act as an owner and ultimate escalation point for the data and integration solutions you build and maintain. - Create accurate and clear technical documentation. - Develop support processes and procedures. - Support hand-off to peers and organizational units. - Collaborate with the development team to improve and enhance our integration solutions. - Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to data integration.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience in pre-sales activities and customer engagement is a plus. - Proficiency in data integration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel to customer offices for on-site support and consultation. - Knowledge of data warehousing and database management systems is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus.
