ลักษณะงาน

• Finding customer needs and prepare proposals of training courses to our clients • To be training consultant for our clients • Take care our public training and in-house training • Create and encourage a business development to our business strategies • Prepares, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for employees in a particular organization or company. • Administers and reviews progress on assessments. • Arranges activities including in-house and off-site locations like presentations, role-playing exercises etc. • Participates and assists in the development and implementation of plans

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development Business, Economics, Social Science, Psychology, Political Sciences,Training or relevant field • 0 - 2 years' experience in Training Development • Good knowledge of training related software • Thorough understanding of modern training principles • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate people • Good command in English and Computer Literacy
