ลักษณะงาน

- Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and profile preparation. - Coordinates interviews and communication between candidates and clients, ensuring timely updates. - Maintains accurate records in the ATS and assists with talent mapping, market research, and job postings. - Prepares recruitment reports and supports team projects, documentation, and administrative tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR/Business preferred) - 0–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or admin (fresh graduates welcome) - Detail-oriented with strong accuracy - Good communication and coordination skills - Proficient in MS Office and online tools - Structured, deadline-driven, and proactive learner - Positive attitude; able to work independently and in a team - Good English command is an advantage
