ลักษณะงาน

Position Summary The Payroll Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support of payroll solutions. This role works closely with clients to understand payroll requirements, configure the applicat ion, validate payroll processes, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. • 1–4 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll implementation, HRIS, or ERP consulting. • Experience with payroll systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Workday Payroll, Darwinbox, PeopleSoft Payroll, or similar solutions is an advantage. • Basic understanding of payroll processing, taxation, statutory requirements, and payroll compliance. • Knowledge of system implementation methodologies and sof
