ลักษณะงาน

● Study the assigned products and able to explain, installed and support ● Responsible for providing technical support to the sales team ● Responsible for delivering product demonstrations to customers ● Work with vendors technical team to resolve technical issues ● Assist in implemented and support the assigned products when requested

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

● Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent ● Experience working in one or more of the following roles: systems/network administration,security or related more than 1 Year ● Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues ● Good English communication, both writing and reading skills ● Familiar with Security products like Firewall, SIEM and Virtualization products like VMWare, Hyper-V etc is a plus
