ลักษณะงาน

IT Support parts - Provide Systems Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, use configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation - Monitor and supports all installed system and infrastructure including computer, printer, tablet, network, security, and CCTV - Troubleshoot system and network problems diagnosing and solving hardware or software - Maintain the effective operation of the local area network, e.g. system security, anti-virus protection, user access, file maintenance, and system backups ERP Support parts - Provide ERP application support for all users - Perform application testing for any Go live function/module - Be a single point of contact for ERP support - Create a user guide to support the client requirement

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IS/IT, or any related field - Experience 3-5 years in ERP support (knowledge of Odoo is an advantage) - Technical knowledge and hands-on network & security, router, wireless controller & access point - Fundamental knowledge of ERP and general company process flow - Good computer skills in Microsoft Office - Good attitude and service mind - Good communication skills both reading and writing in Thai & English with the ability to present and transfer knowledge to users
