Position: Implementation & Technical Support Executive Location: Bangkok, Thailand (with a primary focus on supporting customers in Singapore) Role Overview: As an Implementation & Technical Support Executive at Integrated Retail, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support and implementation services to our clients. This role involves both telephonic and on-site support, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of Information Technology solutions for retail clients. • Manage large-scale ERP implementations and provide ongoing support. • Offer technical support for software-related issues, ensuring quick resolution. • Maintain regular communication with customers via telephone, email, and remote login. • Investigate, analyze, and resolve product issues, either on-site or through remote access. • Document and maintain detailed logs of customer issues and resolutions, providing monthly reports to clients. • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to both internal teams and external customers as needed. • Participate in shift work and provide weekend standby support for telephonic inquiries.

Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or implementation roles, preferably within the retail sector. • Education: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (High Vocational Education). • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Thai is an advantage. • Additional Consideration: Fresh graduates with relevant internships or experience may be considered.
