Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, preferably with experience in retail management solutions. This role focuses on market expansion within Bangkok and nearby provinces, with the primary objective of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Technology Solution Sales: Drive sales of Integrated Retail’s technology solutions, focusing on market expansion and meeting sales targets. • Client Engagement: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the retail industry. • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base within the assigned region. • Proposal Management: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of retail businesses. • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met. • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology solution sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in retail management solutions is a significant advantage. • Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English is essential. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS, CRM systems and other sales-related technologies. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. • Location Flexibility: Ability to travel within Bangkok and nearby provinces as required.
