ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: • Get requirement and Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions that create a competitive advantage. • Create various presentation materials, such as presentations, and effectively present solutions or system capabilities in a technical manner that aligns with business needs and meets customer requirements. • Be responsible for reviewing and compiling compliance documents for technical specifications in the assigned areas to ensure they conform to the format and customer requirements. • Assess and allocate resources in terms of specifications, quantity, and project duration to enable the Sales team to accurately estimate pricing and remain competitive in the market. • Design and develop new solutions for the department to enhance competitive efficiency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualification: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields. • At least 3 years of work experience with a computer company that is an SI (System Integrator) or software house. • Experience working as a System Analyst or Business Analyst (gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, process management, coordinating, and solving system issues with users). • Ability to negotiate and plan, think systematically (System Thinking), and possess strong presentation skills. • Ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and have good interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with others. • Experience in designing and gathering system requirements for pre-sales presentations, creating proposals, drafting TOR (Terms of Reference), or other sales support activities will be considered a plus.
