ลักษณะงาน

- Responding to incoming incidents and requests via telephone call ,email and line. - Log incidents and requests on ticket tools with right category defined in the system. - Ensure incidents and requests close on time or within SLA agreed. - Follow up incidents and request that still pending to engineers. - Prioritising actions and escalations by problem severity and business impact. - Creating training materials and guides for clients. - Providing Cloud service monthly report for clients. - Collaborating with others to ensure that information collected and provided are correct.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience - Have a good communication skills - Have a basic knowledge on Information Technology such as Servers, Storage and Network - Able to work as a team - Able to understand things quickly - Able to work after working hour and weekend - ***Able to work in shifts (08.00 - 17.00, 09.00 - 18.00, 15.00 - 24.00)
