Incorporated in 2002, Telogic was formed by a team of experience and energetic professionals with extensive technical experience in IT and Telecommunication industry. Job Description : As a Telecom & IT Project Manager at Telogic, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Telecom and IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific experience in telecom and IT infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities:  Lead the planning and implementation of Telecom and IT projects, including network implementation, installations, and migration.  Coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure timely delivery of project milestone  Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks and issues.  Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams.  Manage project scope, budget, and resources to ensure that projects are completed within approved parameters  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness  Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members Responsibilities:  Bachelor's degree in a related field (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.).  Proven experience managing Telecom and IT projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.  Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels  Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives  Experience working in the telecommunications signaling protocol such as SS7, Sigtran, etc. is a plus.  Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
