ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities: . - Collect, clean, and analyze data related to student interactions with the platform, including support inquiries, feedback submissions, and usage metrics. - Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data that can inform improvements to the student support experience. - Provide clear and concise guidance to students on how to navigate and utilize various features and tools available on our platform. - Demonstrate empathy and patience in addressing student concerns, striving to exceed their expectations and enhance overall satisfaction with our platform. - Escalate complex or escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up to maintain student satisfaction and retention.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications: . - Currently studying or holding a bachelor's degree in any field. - Strong communication skills in Thai and English. - Basic understanding of customer service principles and data collection and analysis methods. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
