คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

0-3 years in Technical Support (New graduates are welcome) Bachelor degree in computer science or any related. High responsibility, Good service mind and Active person. Has experience in technical support or similar role. Well-rounded knowledge in web technology (API, HTTP, JavaScript, database query) Passion in learning new technologies and new challenges. Proficient in English and Thai (in written and speaking). Experienced in dealing with customer complaints. Experienced in working with multinational companies, clients, and people. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact with and network with Senior Executives. Ability to prioritize work considering a complex matrix of inputs. Experience in online customer service is plus.
