ลักษณะงาน

-Manage an end-to-end customer service operation. -Ensure that the operation team are working effectively and follow all service processes when handling customers. -Coach and monitor management team and Agent’s performance according to established monitoring standards. -Communicate with agents to provide essential information (product & knowledge) Guideline & recommend work process and resolve the problem for smoothly working. -Control & manage overall agent performance. -Research, follow-up, and develop new knowledge to develop working processes for more efficient. -Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports presenting to the clients. -Other tasks as assigned. Location 77/115 Sinn Sathorn Tower, 27th Fl., Krungthonburi Rd., Klongtonsai, Klongsan, Bangkok 10600 *รายงาน MD นายเป็นคนต่างชาติ (ต้องการคนที่ได้ภาษาอังกฤษดี เพื่อรายงานตรงกับนาย)* *บริษัทต้องการคนเคยมีประสบการณ์เป็น Call Center มาก่อนเท่านั้น ถ้าเคยทำงานที่เป็นบริษัท True AIS DTAC มาก่อนจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ* *ไม่รับพิจารณาคนไม่มีเคยเป็น Teamleader มาก่อน จะต้องคุมทีมได้* *บริาัทขอคนที่มาจากธุรกิจประเภท IT Networking มาก่อนเท่านั้น* *รับสายลูกค้า รีโมทงานได้ รับสายลูกค้าจบได้เลยไม่ได้ส่งต่อ มีความเป็นผู้นำ* ***หากได้ผู้สมัครจาก Com7 หรือ Trancosmos จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ***

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Any gender, age between 25 - 45 years -Bachelor degree in any related field. -At least 2 year of working experiences in Team leader of call center or customer service. -Have expereinces in team magement -Have experiences from IT Network company or related. -Can Communication in English. -Good command in computer skill. -Leadership skills and a good team player.
