ลักษณะงาน

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job search, candidate selection, compensation, contracts, and onboarding. Support employee engagement, talent management, performance management, training, and development initiatives. Work closely with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance. Support organizational changes, team restructuring, and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and company culture. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement activities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 5 years of recruitment experience, both Thailand and Overseas. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams. Experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment is an advantage. Willing and flexible to travel to the factory (company shuttle service provided daily).
