ลักษณะงาน

- Provide technical support to end users (Help Desk / End-user Support) for hardware, software, and system-related issues. - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, Windows OS, and related applications. - Set up, monitor, and maintain network systems including LAN/WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, and network devices. - Support and maintain server hardware and basic IT infrastructure. - Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and user access permissions. - Resolve issues related to email systems, communication tools, and internal applications.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Thai Nationality, Male, Age 24-30 years. - Bachelor Degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. - At least 1-2 years experiences in infrastructure, end-user service and help desk technical support. - Experience in Hardware and Software Installation and Troubleshooting. Server hardware and Networking experiences are required. - Good command in English both on speaking and writing. - Installing, configuring Troubleshooting computer Hardware, Software, Windows Server. Network Communication and Windows OS.
