DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Tour Guiding & Hospitality Welcome guests at the airport or designated meeting points, provide necessary travel information, and escort/guide them throughout the tour until their safe departure. 2. Destination Knowledge & Problem Solving Possess well-rounded knowledge of Krabi’s history, culture, and attractions. Deal efficiently, politely, and professionally with urgent or unexpected situations. 3. Reporting Create daily tour reports, expense summaries, and any other necessary related documentation. 4. Coordination Liaise with internal departments and external

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Must hold a valid Tour Guide License issued by the Department of Tourism. 2.Excellent communication skills in Thai and English. 3.Ability to work in a high-pressured environment, meet tight deadlines, build rapport, and create professional relationships. 4.Attention to detail and accuracy in work with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. 5.Good attitude, flexible, willing to learn and adapt, active, well-organized, independent, and service-minded. 6.Experience conducting land tours and sea tours in Krabi and nearby provinces. 7.Ability to act as a transfer guide or an airport rep.
