ลักษณะงาน

- Manage monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, overtime, and other relevant payroll information. - Administer employee benefits and company welfare programs, including coordination with relevant external parties where required. - Maintain and manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation. - Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and employment documentation. - Prepare employment-related documents, employee records, contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or another related field. - At least 1 year of experience as HR - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple HR and administrative matters independently. Advantage: - Basic knowledge of Thai labor regulations and HR practices would be an advantage.

22,000 - 25,000 บาท
