ลักษณะงาน

- Perform system and infrastructure installation, monitoring, and maintenance for customers - Act as a primary contact point for providing support and service to customers - Maintain customer production systems according to service requests - Manage the incidents/requests and report to the stakeholders

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Work location: Srinagarindra Road/MRT Yellow line: Kalantan station - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields. - New grads are welcome - Excellent communication skill - Great service-minded attitude - Experience in and familiar with Unix/Linux commands, database servers - Proactive team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment - Fair command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus - Be able to work independently, but also willing to contribute and work as a team - Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
