ลักษณะงาน

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations. 2. Handle recruitment for technical & corporate positions. 3. Prepare HR documents and maintain HRIS. 4. Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, OT & benefits. 6. Ensure labor law compliance and HR policies. 7. Support employee relations and engagement. 8.Coordinate work permits & visas. 9. Support performance reviews and training. 10. Collaborate with regional HR teams and HR reporting.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 2.Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience andStrong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices. 4.Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR administration. 5.Good command of English & Thai (Chinese is a plus). 6.Experience in Data Center, IT, Engineering, Construction, or Technology industries is preferred. 7.Exprie.nce in visa & work permit processes is an advantage. 8.Able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
