Internship Description: - Support the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates - Help source talent across multiple channels, review incoming applications, and learn to identify and engage passive candidates - Assist in drafting and updating job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements - Learn creative sourcing techniques for a variety of technical and non-technical roles

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, Liberal Arts, International Relations, Public Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort working across diverse cultures - Hardworking, accountable, and reliable - Positive attitude, team player, motivated and eager to learn - Good command of English: Writing, Reading, Speaking - No prior recruitment experience required — this is a great starting point for your career
