ลักษณะงาน

- Support Employer Branding activities and HR campaigns - Create and coordinate content for social media, recruitment platforms, and internal communications - Assist in designing presentation materials, posters, or visual content - Support recruitment marketing and employee engagement activities - Research market trends and competitor employer branding strategies - Coordinate with internal teams for content collection & communication activities - Assist in organizing HR events, job fairs, and related activities - Prepare reports administrative documents related to HR and branding activities

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 3rd or 4th year Bachelor's degree student in BBA, Humanities, Economics, Social science or related fields. - Interested in Human Resources, Employer Branding, and Content Creation - Familiar with social media platforms and digital content trends - Basic skills in Canva, or other content creation tools - Able to use AI tools to support content creation and productivity - Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible - Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills - Thai Native speaking with good command in English - Internship Allowance - 3-4 months internship required
