ลักษณะงาน

1. Responding to emails, instant messaging apps, social media, and phone calls. First responder to customers who visit the facility. 2. Process inquiries, sales leads and appointments. Delegate to the appropriate team member. 3. Obtaining, recording and updating contact details of all customer inquiries into CRM software.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English). 2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. 3. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. 4. Ability to work well within a team and promote a positive team environment.
