ลักษณะงาน

The Sales Engineer (SE) serves as the technical bridge between the sales team and customers. This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing appropriate technical solutions, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle from pre-sales through post-sales coordination. The SE ensures that proposed solutions align with both customer business objectives and technical environments.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field - Experience in IT solutions, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS environments - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to write professional technical documentation - Good command of written and spoken English
