- Supporting labor law compliance and internal regulations - Handling employee relations and HR consultations - Managing employee records and personal files - Supporting disciplinary procedures and HR documentation - Preparing payroll and coordinating with accounting or payroll vendors - Managing attendance, leave records, and overtime data - Supporting social security and employee benefits administration - Preparing HR-related documents and reports - Screening candidates and reviewing resumes - Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Posting job advertisements

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in any filed - Have experience in payroll and recruitment and Candidate screening experience - Strong labor law / labor management knowledge - Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage

25,000 - 32,000 บาท
