• Design, develop, and implement innovative, high-quality frontend solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and backend engineers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to intermediate and junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in frontend development, applying relevant insights to inform the organization's initiatives. • Optimize frontend performance and user experience, applying best practices in web accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. • Mentor and support frontend team members, promoting professional development and growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. -5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and visually appealing frontend solutions. • Expertise in frontend technologies and one or more modern frameworks (e.g., React, React Native, Flutter). • Experience with frontend optimization techniques such as web accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. • Strong leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring frontend development teams. • Ability to work in an agile environment with a can-do attitude, able to collaborate with the team, have strong will to develop their skills, and love to share knowledge with others. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
