The main job tasks and responsibilities include determining recruitment requirements by evaluating organizational development plans and collaborating with management to identify hiring needs. The role involves analyzing assigned positions to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles, as well as reviewing and clarifying IT job specifications, competencies, and required skills. It requires aligning candidate profiles with staffing objectives and sourcing applicants through various channels such as job boards, recruiters, advertisements, and career fairs.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, along with proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the IT industry. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment best practices is essential. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to assess candidates effectively, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
