- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, firewall, and wireless issues reported by users or escalated from Level 1 support. - Monitor system performance, network availability, and security incidents. - Provide technical assistance and guidance on Windows/Linux servers, virtualization and network device - Perform configurations, updates, and patch management for network devices, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Investigate and resolve connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for advanced troublesh

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1-3 years of experience in IT support in related filed, system administration, or network operations Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, etc.) Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, switch and wireless networks Aruba Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization Experience in troubleshooting performance issues, security incidents, and connectivity problems. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ACSP, ACMP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent are a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
