1. Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes. 2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 3. Managing employee relations and conflict resolution. 4. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback. 5. Administering benefits and compensation packages. 6. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. 7. Collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male, Female age 35-45 years old, Thai Nationality. Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology or related fields. At least 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management. Experience in educating and coaching staff. Experience in conflict management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. Presentation skill. Knowledge in labor law and relevant health and safety regulations. Good computer literacy. Good communication skills.
