ลักษณะงาน

Key Responsibilities -Partner closely with the Business Development (BD) team to support franchise expansion recruitment, especially for Sales and Franchise Development roles. -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. -Plan and conduct onboarding programs and training sessions for newly hired BD team members. -Act as an HR advisor to leaders and employees to enhance team performance and work culture. -Handle HRM-related functions such as employee records, contract administration, performance evaluation c

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Age 25 years and above. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, HRBP, or Recruitment roles. -Able to communicate in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. -Experience in recruiting Sales or business expansion-related positions is an advantage. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work collaboratively. -Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
