RMC Asia is a Bangkok-based organization specializing in cultural exchange programs in the hospitality and tourism industry. We collaborate with luxury hotels and resorts across Asia to offer meaningful, career-building experiences for young professionals from around the world. In this role, you will manage relationships with hotel partners, coordinate candidate placements, support onboarding processes, monitor programs, and help expand our host network. Your responsibilities include maintaining communication with hotel HR teams, matching candidates with suitable openings, assisting participants with visa, travel, and arrival preparations, ensuring smooth coordination during internships, and identifying new hotel and resort partners.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in the hospitality or hotel industry. Candidates should have prior experience in HR, Sales, Business Development, or a managerial role, as well as established connections within the local hotel market in their country of residence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. The role requires individuals who are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities. Passion for cultural exchange and the hospitality industry is highly valued, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with an international team is a must.
