ลักษณะงาน

• Under supervision of Head of Corporate Development and Sales Management for the duties below • Assist the CEO for developing company strategy and execution plan and budget • Research on assigned topics from the CEO • Spearhead new projects or initiatives • Be responsible for the company portfolio management including MIS monthly report, reconcile gap of portfolio against company strategy with recommendations • Analyze and interpret key operational metrics, and apply strategic initiatives therein • Assist the CEO in developing KPI for CEO’s Direct Reports and performance evaluation for all employees to be in line with the Company’s target • Work consultatively with other departments, including marketing, operations, sales, and credit, constantly seeking to improve efficiency, cost-management, and effectiveness • Build relationships with each business unit to keep an ongoing flow of ideas that is aligned with the business units’ objectives • Assist the CEO in managing the required fund flow from the Group HQ to deliver the agreed business growth and seek the board approval • Manage the fund flow to ensure that overall risks and returns are at the optimum level and cover any foreign exchange risk • Formulate, monitor, evaluate and revisit the appropriate strategies related to the Company's investment in appropriate loan products • Consider any new financial instruments to raise funds at lower cost and most suited to the business direction • Monitor balance sheet and propose to the CEO on the timeline to make loan repayment to the Group HQ • Develop and maintain company’s business model • Perform any other duties or obligations as may be instructed or assigned by the Company to you

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualification • Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in finance institutions or consulting firms (Investment banking is preferable) • Excellent in developing financial models • Energetic and good interpersonal skill • Able to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
