Founded in 2018, Olympic Taekwondo TeamKim Co., Ltd. is the first legally established taekwondo corporation in Thailand. In 2019, it obtained a school license from the Thai Ministry of Education. The CEO is a Korean national who has served as an Olympic coach for four different countries. Rather than being a simple sports organization, the company is a professional corporation that leverages the excellence of Korean taekwondo to focus on the development and education of taekwondo culture across Asia. It also aims to expand its global network and promote the industrialization of taekwondo through international competitions. In addition, the company plans to collaborate with international schools to establish taekwondo as a regular curriculum subject and operate dedicated taekwondo teams in the future.
