💼 Taekwondo Dojang Marketing & Promotion Roles (English Translation) 📌 1. Promotion & Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the dojang’s brand image and identity 2. Plan and operate SNS and online content (e.g., Instagram, blog, YouTube) 3. Develop and execute advertising strategies 4. Plan and design offline promotional materials (flyers, banners, posters, etc.) 5. Organize trial events, open classes, and promotional campaigns 📌 2. Online Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and manage content on Instagram, blogs, YouTube, and other platforms 2. Handle digital ad budget and execution (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads) 3. Maintain the dojang’s website and blog > Requires strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools 📌 3. Trial Class & Enrollment Manager (Consultation Manager) Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage trial class applicants and scheduling 2. Conduct consultations and encourage new enrollments 3. Use and manage consultation scripts effectively. Directly connected to student acquisition and retention. 📌 4. Graphic Designer / Content Creator Key Responsibilities: 1. Design promotional materials (posters, flyers, online graphics) 2. Produce video content 3. Edit and upload visual media Often outsourced to freelance professionals or agencies 📌 5. External Advertising / Marketing Agency Partner Key Responsibilities: Distribute flyers, manage advertising setup and targeting Optimize ad exposure and reach > Used when internal staff are unavailable or lack specialization
