Full time & Part time พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีวุฒิการศึกษา มีใจรักงานบริการ ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ สนุกสนาน ร่าเริง พร้อมทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน Position: Hostel Receptionist ✅ Qualifications: - All genders, age not over 35 years - Minimum 1 years of experience in a Hostel or a Hotel is an advantage. - Professional Front Office Management skills and knowledge of working practices. - Good command of English Language, or 3rd Language is advantage. - Good interpersonal skills, Enthusiastic and Service mind. - Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication. ℹ️ Work Details: - Performing check-in, check-out, open shift, and close shift. - Answering emails and confirming reservations from every channel. - Coordinating with the housekeeping team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. - Booking tours and transportation tickets. - Giving directions and recommendations to guests. - Participating in hostel activities and ready to talk and hang out with the guests. - Dealing with customer complaints and comments appropriately. - Addressing problems and troubleshooting appropriately.
