ลักษณะงาน

The Restaurant Captain (Chef de Rang) plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsible for managing a specific section of the dining room, the Captain ensures smooth service, supervises junior staff (commis/demi-chef de rang), and acts as the primary point of contact for guests during service. • Welcome guests warmly and ensure their satisfaction throughout the meal • Present menus, explain dishes and daily specials, and take food & beverage orders • Coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure timely and accurate service • Supervise commis de rang or runners in your section • Serve dishes with precision and follow fine dining service etiquette (e.g., cloche, gueridon) • Upsell wine, beverages, and menu items professionally • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally • Prepare the mise en place and maintain cleanliness of your station • Ensure adherence to service standards, SOPs, and hygiene protocols • Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management to guarantee service flow

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang / Captain in fine dining or upscale restaurant • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service techniques • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence • Good spoken English (other languages, especially French or Thai, are a plus) • Presentable appearance and positive attitude
