ลักษณะงาน

- Review and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements - Track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial application to interview scheduling and follow-up - Assist in managing job posts on social media and other channels - Engage in employee relations in organizing and executing internal events; team-building, company meetings - Assist in manage the onboarding process by welcoming new hires, preparing and distributing onboarding kits, and conducting office facility tours.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail - Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive, can-do attitude - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
