Position Summary Mosaic Market is more than a café and retail space—it’s a community hub, a slow fashion advocate, and an ethical marketplace. We are seeking a Floor Manager who brings both structure and style to our space. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business operations who is quietly confident, deeply people-oriented, and has an innate sense of design and detail. The Floor Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality customer experience across our retail and café areas, supporting the implementation of marketing ideas, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll play a key role in translating ideas into action—from helping execute seasonal campaigns to engaging with walk-in clients and potential partners. This role requires someone who can hold the fort, think creatively, and act professionally.
