ลักษณะงาน

As a Growth Marketing Intern specializing in Performance Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to assist in devising, implementing, and optimizing diverse marketing strategies. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain in-depth, hands-on experience in managing performance-driven marketing campaigns, contributing significantly to our brand's growth and enhancing customer engagement. This internship is a prime opportunity for engineering majors interested in applying their problem-solving and analytical skills in growth and performance marketing within the ecommerce industry. Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with the marketing team to formulate growth strategies, objectives, and timelines. Assist in the design and execution of performance-based marketing campaigns across numerous channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. Undertake research and analysis to identify target audience segments, keywords, and trends to boost campaign performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as creative design and content, to maintain consistent messaging and branding throughout all campaign components. Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, utilizing analytics tools. Assist in A/B testing and optimization of campaign elements to enhance effectiveness and stimulate higher engagement. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and performance-driven strategies. Support the marketing team in other related tasks and initiatives as needed. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field. Preference will be given to engineering majors. Strong interest in growth marketing, performance marketing, and ecommerce. Knowledge of various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze campaign performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite applications. Ability to apply problem-solving and analytical skills to marketing strategies. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
