📢We are Hiring : Marketing Manager 🚩Key Responsibilities - Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives to drive growth. - Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications. - Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media, etc.) to increase awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats, helping to adjust strategies as needed. - Manage the marketing budget (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) to ensure efficient allocation of resources for optimal campaign performance. - Work closely with Global Team and other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies and objectives. - Oversee content creation and ensure marketing materials (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) are engaging, on-brand, and targeted to the right audience. - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, analyze results, and provide regular reports to leadership. Use data to refine strategies and optimize campaigns. - Manage digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to increase online visibility and customer engagement. - Coordinate and execute promotional events, product launches, webinars, or trade shows to engage with customers and generate leads.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตลาดอย่างน้อย 3 ปี 2. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวงการการลงทุน 3. สามารถวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 4. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า 5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้กดดันและเวลาที่จำกัดได้ 6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างชาญฉลาด 7. มีความรับผิดชอบและมุ่งมั่นในการบริการลูกค้า 8. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการโปรเจคต์การตลาด 9. มีความเชื่อมั่นและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ 10. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้โปรแกรมหรือเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตลาด 11. สามารถคุมทีม และจัดสรรงานให้ตรงหน้าที่ของคนภายในทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
