ลักษณะงาน

- Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various issues, cases, statutes, and regulations. - Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. - Case Analysis: Analyze legal cases and provide summaries and recommendations. - Support Litigation: Assist with litigation preparation, including organizing documents, preparing exhibits, and attending depositions. - Record Keeping: Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and correspondence. - Client Interaction: Support client meetings and communications as needed. - Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the legal team. - Special Projects: Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

- 4th year student in laws - Thai nationality - Able to do an internship during January 2026 to April 2026 - For Business Outsourcing Services (Phuket based) and legal intern the internship period can flexible - Good command of English - Can-do attitude - All students from every university are welcome to apply
