ลักษณะงาน

🔹Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out Provide hotel and local area information Assist guests with inquiries and services Manage booking-related documents 🔹Ensure guest satisfaction and provide assistance Address guest feedback and resolve any issues Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations 🔹Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas Inspect and restock in-room amenities Ensure hotel facilities are in good condition 🔹Capture photos and create content to promote the hotel Design and manage posts on social media platforms Respond to online inquiries and guest reviews

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

✅ Currently studying in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field ✅ Passionate about hospitality, hardworking, and responsible ✅ Able to work shifts and as part of a team ✅ Basic English communication skills (additional language skills are a plus)
