ลักษณะงาน

1. To ensure that the validity of employment status of all new Team members. 2. To handle all retirement and rehiring cases. 3. To arrange for the initial screening, short-listing and subsequent interview of job applicants. 4. To recommend and develop personnel policies and procedures to be adopted by the Hotel. 5. To coordinate the production of job descriptions with Department Heads. 6. To assist the Director of Human Resources in preparing the staffing budget with Department Heads for submission to Management, for approval. 7. To ensure that the staffing budget is adhered to. 8. To review interview results with Department Heads and agree upon the most appropriate appointees. 9. To carry out the appointment procedures for Department Heads and below including confirmation of appointment made to all parties concerned. 10. To maintain a reserve of candidate files for future recruitment needs. 11. To coordinate and process transfers and promotions of Department Heads and below as approved by Management. 12. To organize induction and orientation programs for all new Team Members. 13. To minimize the dropout rate amongst new Team Member during the probationary period. 14. To ensure that the conditions of employment listed below remain competitive in the market: Compensation, Working conditions, Work place, Benefits 15. To assist the Director of Human Resources in conducting an annual salary review so as to make proposal to Management on salary review. 16. To assist and coordinate individual salary proposals with Department Heads for submission to Management. 17. To assist the Director of Human Resources in administering and maintaining Team Members benefit schemes. 18. To assist the Director of Human Resources in fostering an atmosphere of healthy staff / management relationship. 19. To assist the Director of Human Resources to set up award schemes / grievance procedures to be applied throughout the hotel. 20. To assist the Director of Human Resources in establishing disciplinary procedures and ensure their consistent application. 21. To assist the Director of Human Resources and together with the Training Manager to ensure that all Team Members receive an effective induction into the hotel. 22. To ensure that approved personnel requisition forms are available before replacing a vacant position. 23. To handle “Employees’ Compensation” insurance matters. 24. To ensure the schedule and process of VISA & Work Permit for all Expatriate who work in the hotel. 25. To assist in QA inspection and activities in the hotel. 26. Any other duties in relation to the job nature as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
