ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities ▪ Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Collaborate with Product, User Acquisition, Marketing, and Tech teams to propose, design, and launch CRM campaigns and workflows. o Work closely with stakeholders to analyze industry trends and customize CRM campaigns to meet business objectives. ▪ Campaign Optimization: o Map user journeys and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance funnel conversion rates. o Support analysis and improvement of CRM campaigns through A/B testing and result analysis. ▪ Platform Enhancement: o Devise strategies to enhance CRM platform usage by automating basic, everyday tasks. o Assess and plan data points for integration with the CRM platform. ▪ Data Analysis: o Extract and analyze data from the CRM platform, utilizing data visualization tools for reporting. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and define solution architectures. ▪ Technical Expertise: o Demonstrate comprehensive technology experience across mobile, web, and middleware applications. o Apply frameworks such as TOGAF or other relevant methodologies to guide solution architecture design. ▪ Solution Integrity: o Ensure technical integrity and consistency throughout the solution life cycle. o Participate actively in all stages of initiatives, providing support for implementation and handover to IT operations. ▪ Communication: o Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. o Ensure end-to-end flows are considered, providing expertise in defining solutions as products

Requirements ▪ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, Business). ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ▪ Good organizational skills and attention to detail. ▪ Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment. ▪ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. ▪ Eagerness to learn new tools and strategies within the CRM space.
