ลักษณะงาน

TA tasks •Screening potential employee’s resumes to identify suitable candidates. •Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates. •Assist with communication materials related to recruitment. •Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed. •Provide general administrative support to the HR team TD/TR tasks •Help create and deliver training materials, like presentations and equipment. •Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions. •Provide support for training sessions, such as setting up rooms and preparing equipment. •Scout for online/offline courses to adapt or create new training course outlines based on department requirements. •Collect and analyze feedback from training programs to see how effective they are and find ways to improve them. •Keep track of training records.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

•3rd/4th year bachelor’s degree Student in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. •Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Adaptability to work in multicultural environment.
