ลักษณะงาน

Understand and operate the Hostel's Property Management System. Possess a working knowledge of reservation procedures. Know room locations, types of available rooms, room rates, and other property services. Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Process credit card payments and handle cash transactions. -Perform front office maintenance duties, such as desk cleanliness and office stationery replenishment. -Offer personalized service to each guest. -Handle guest complaints with interest, concern, and empathy. -Coordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping department. -Learn how to arrange bed sheets in guest rooms. -Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies. -Learn how to craft various drinks, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, etc. -Manage café setup and service operations, including food and beverage service.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages or talents is a plus. -Positive attitude, outgoing nature, responsibility, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential. -Punctuality, teamwork, and creativity are valued qualities. -Must be a Thai Citizen or hold a Thai working visa. -Trainees must be organized and possess strong critical thinking skills. Duration of 2 - 4 months or longer.
